Tri-State Masters was founded by Marcus and Elena Rivera after years of working for large HVAC corporations where customers were just ticket numbers. They believed the Tri-State area deserved something better — a company that shows up on time, explains the work in plain language, and stands behind every job. What started as a two-person operation out of a single service van has grown into a team of 18 certified technicians serving thousands of households and businesses. But the values haven't changed: honest pricing, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to your comfort.
